The one who had 5-lb cheeks

My sister came to visit a couple months ago. I never got around to putting pictures up anywhere, but I just finally got around to sending them to her like I promised, so I thought I'd put some up on here.

She flew into Baltimore in the evening, so I got a car to pick her up. I went ahead and got it overnight because it only cost a little bit more, and that way I was able to take her to see the monuments at night. I only got us lost like twice (attempted Arlington National Cemetery drive-by visit).

We took my dog, just because. He likes cars.

I pretended to be serious and my dog pretended to be nonplussed.

She got ready for soccer tryouts by practicing her ball-handling skills with my dog.

And then we went to watch the US women's national soccer team suffer a painful defeat by the Japanese during penalty kicks. But the first 120 minutes of the game were fun!
